User Content: You retain rights to content you create using our platform, but grant us a license to host, store, and display it as necessary to provide our services.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software.

Uptime: We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inquiry Nepal and its affiliates will not be liable for:

Our total liability to you for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
